Psilocybin trufas
A truffle, sclerotium is an underground hardening or thickening of the mycelium. Nodules, which are formed in times of bad climatic conditions to survive this period. The truffle is therefore the same organism as a mushroom with the same active ingredients Psilocybin and Psilocin. Technically and scientifically, the truffle is not a mushroom, so it has not been covered by the Opium Act since 2008 when the mushrooms were banned. The truffle can therefore be freely produced, sold and consumed.
Truffles come in different sizes. They vary from quite small grains of several millimeters to stones tens of centimeters in size. The large truffles are broken into smaller pieces so as not to exceed the maximum dose of 15 grams. It generally happens when you come across a container with only very very small grains, the truffles are underdeveloped and have not reached their full potential.
If there are large and small grains in the container, then the bag or pot where the truffles sprout has reached its growth, and from this you can assume that the cultivation has been done carefully and that the truffles have been harvested at the right time.
Our truffles are marked with a number indicating the intensity of the effects, from 1 light to 5 intense.
The truffles are best kept refrigerated at 2 to 4 degrees Celsius for about 4-6 weeks. Because truffles are a "living" organism and we do not vacuum pack them, it can happen that a white haze or white fluff appears on the truffles. This is harmless, and in fact healthy. The truffle forms new Mycelium. It is her own fungus that you see growing. This phenomenon occurs as a result of a lack of gas exchange, which increases the CO2 content in the packaging. Roll the truffles occasionally in some kitchen paper until the white haze has disappeared. Vacuum-sealed or inanimate truffles can reduce psilocybin levels resulting in a less consistent microdosing routine and/or experience. We prefer to go for really fresh.
Truffles contain 2 important alkaloid-tryptamines: Psilocybin and Psilocin in addition, it contains Baeocystin and Norbaeocystin.
Psilocybin is converted in the body to psilocin. Psilocin is the main substance responsible for the psychedelic effects of the truffles. The different concentration
of Psilocybin and Psilocin make the experience different. Although, they are probably more responsible for the variations of effects between different truffle species, such as more Body high, energy, Brain high, euphoria etc...
EFFECT, with a full dose not with microdosing !!!
0.5 - 1 gram is a micro-dose
3-5 gram is a museum / hiking dose
7.5 grams is for a light effect, a beginner dose
10 grams is a standard dose
15 grams is a strong dose for more experienced users.
Psilocybin Truffles (Sclerotia) changes your consciousness and influences your feelings and perceptions. One can feel it, hear it, see it, smell it differently than in reality. Colors become more intense. Your environment will overlap. You see music, hear a picture or smell a color. Hallucinations play with your mind. The neurochemicals affected are serotonin and dopamine.
Serotonin is an important mood regulator. Your mood can be significantly affected.
Dopamine is a substance that is part of the reward system of the brain. It's a neurotransmitter. These are a kind of 'messenger substances' in the brain that transfer information from one nerve cell to another. Dopamine makes us feel satisfied and rewarded. The euphoric feeling.
After ingestion, the body will build up a tolerance so that with repeated use it will be 10% to 20% less strong within 24 hours. This means that if you take truffles every day, it won't work at all after a few days. Taking a larger dosage won't help either. You will then have to take a break for a few days until the body is neutralized.
Truffles are checked in the Netherlands by the Health Inspector, who ensures that there is no danger or health risks for the population, which we as When Nature Calls only emphasize.
In the Netherlands, truffles are covered by the NVWA, which, together with the Ministry of Health, will monitor and control them. When Nature Calls therefore only sells quality products that come directly from the nursery of the famous "Truffle brothers". This is the only farm in the truffle industry to be HACCP certified, short for hazard analysis and critical control points, a risk inventory for food products responsible for protecting and promoting public health through food safety control and supervision. These truffles are 100% Vegan, none-GMO. The nursery also does not use gamma radiation, pesticides, heavy metals or other chemical growth agents. Pure nature!!!
