Step-by-step Payment Instructions

Welcome to our payment guide. This is an extra resource to make the process of payment easier and user friendly. We work with a bank transfer system. It offers a secure and easy-to-use method for processing transactions. It ensures that payments are processed smoothly and securely, providing you with a seamless checkout experience. We understand that this method of payment can be confusing if you are not used to it, with this handy guide you will learn how to use it. Lets go through it step by step;

 

STEP 1

CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCTS

Once you are on the landing page, click on the three lines in the upper left corner, this will give you a menu of collections.

STEP 2

ADD TO CART

Click on the "Add to Cart" button for each product.

Review your cart to ensure you have selected the correct items and quantities.

STEP 3

PROCEED TO CHECKOUT

 Once you have found what you're looking for, its time to check out.

Click on the "Check out" button to start the payment process.

 

STEP 4

ENTER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Almost there! Provide your shipping details including your name, address, and contact information. Make sure you double check your post code and house number as these are the most common errors we see.

 

STEP 6

COMPLETE 

Click on "Complete Order." This will trigger an email to be sent to you containing your order number, which you need to finalize the order.

STEP 7

CHECK YOUR INBOX 

The email from us will look similar to below, the heading of the email features your unique order number, use this as a reference when you make a transfer. For example, this order number is 6330.

 

STEP 8

COMPLETE THE TRANSFER

You now can make a bank transfer, simply open your banking app or use a third party such as Revolut or Wise, and use the following information;
