Shipping information
Orders are sent within 2 working days after payment has been recieved- with PostNL for orders within the Netherlands and with DPD for orders outside the Netherlands, provided we have all products in stock. You will receive a tracking link from either PostNL or DPD to follow your package.
Discreet packaging for your privacy.
All packages are discreetly packaged and sent. The only thing on the outside is your address and our return address and no advertisements.

Has your package gone missing?
1. Check all the options where your package could be.
For example: is it deposited in a post office or your neighbor?
2. Still cant locate it? If your package is still not found, we will start a investigation. Keep in mind that this process can take up to 4 weeks. Unfortunately we cannot repay the amount or send a replacement copy while the investigation is ongoing.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding.
Did you miss your package / were not there to receive it?
In the event that you were unavailable to receive your package upon delivery or if it is directed to a location where you are no longer present (e.g., a hotel), we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for the order or its associated shipping costs. Please note that as we collaborate with an external courier service, once your package is transferred into their system, we lack the capability to modify its tracking information or alter its scheduled delivery date.
Customs and International Orders
Please note that for international orders shipped outside the Netherlands, it is the customer's responsibility to comply with local customs regulations. Certain countries may require additional documentation or impose import restrictions on perishable items, such as truffles. We advise you to check with your local customs office before placing your order.
If your package is held by customs and requires additional information for release, you are responsible for providing this in a timely manner. Failure to do so may result in your package being returned or disposed of, particularly as some of our products are perishable and must be refrigerated. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for packages delayed, returned, or disposed of due to customs issues beyond our control.
