Indian Spirit's Kanna 20x is an extract that is 20 times stronger than normal kanna powder.
The extract can be sniffed and chewed, but can also be drunk as a tea. For the extract you should use one-tenth of what is recommended for regular Kanna. The following dosage is great for a 20x kanna extract: For a cup of tea you use 20mg of Kanna extract and when you chew it with chewing gum, 2.5 to 7.5 mg of extract is sufficient.
